General information, not advice

The content on this website describes how we work: how we scope a task, test an AI system, and decide where a person has to approve an action. It is general information about method.

It is not professional, legal, financial, tax or compliance advice, and it is not advice about your particular business. Do not act on it without taking advice that fits your situation. Only a signed proposal or statement of work sets out what we will do for you.

We try to keep the content accurate and current, but we do not promise that it is complete or free of errors. We may change it at any time without notice.

No promise of business results

AI systems are built on models whose output is probabilistic. The same input can produce different output, and a system can be wrong. Because of that, we do not promise any specific business result from an AI system we build, such as time saved, costs reduced, revenue gained or a level of accuracy.

What we do commit to is how the work is done and how it is shown to you:

• An agreed eval suite. Before building, we agree with you a set of test cases written from your real examples. The system is tested against them, and you see the results.
• Run traces. Every run of the system can be traced: what it read, what it decided, which tools it called and what it cost.
• Human approval. By default, write actions wait for a person to approve them.

Passing the eval suite shows the system handles those cases. It does not prove the system will be right on inputs nobody anticipated. The terms explain this in full.

The agent-readiness scan

The agent-readiness scan is a free, automated check. It reads a site's public files and responses at one moment and reports what it found. It is not an audit, a security test or advice, and a site that blocks automated requests can produce a wrong result. The score reflects our own weighting of the checks, which other tools may weigh differently. Only scan sites you own or are allowed to check.

Platform and product names

This site mentions platforms and products made by other companies, such as Shopify, Wix, WordPress, Ecwid, HighLevel and BigCommerce. We name them, and show their logos, only to identify the systems we can connect to. Those names and logos are trademarks of their owners. Using them does not mean we are partnered with, endorsed by or certified by any of them.
